New York, Shawwal 9, 1437, Jul 14, 2016, SPA -- The Secretary General of the United Nations (UN) Ban Ki-moon received here today the Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, currently on a visit to the United States.
During the meeting, they discussed the situation in the Middle East, developments related to the Yemeni crisis and Saudi-UN relations, in addition to other regional issues of mutual interest.
In a press statement, following the meeting, Al-Jubeir hailed the outcomes of meetings with UN officials, atop of them the UN chief, pointing out that they have discussed bolstering the political process, in Yemen, pushing it forward and refuting incorrect information, cited by a UN report.
